ICC rankings: Siraj crowned No. 1, Labuchon’s throne shaken by Williamson’s rise

Mohammad Siraj of Khowal is the topper of ICC Banking. This star pacer of Team India has fallen from one to number three in the list of ODI bowlers. Josh Hazlewood has become the number one bowler in ODI cricket by overtaking Siraj.

Despite taking 3 wickets in the first ODI of the series against Australia, Siraj had to lag behind in the world rankings. Hazlewood, on the other hand, improved his ICC rankings despite missing the ODI series against India. New Zealand’s Trent Boult is at number two in the list of ODI bowlers.

Mitchell Starc’s impressive bowling in the ongoing ODI series against India has improved his world ranking. He is currently joint third in the list of bowlers with Siraj.

On the other hand, the number one position in the list of Test batsmen is being shaken by Marnus Labuschagne. While the Ozzy star continues to remain at the number one spot, Kane Williamson is walking down his neck. Williamson batted brilliantly in 2 consecutive Test series against England and Sri Lanka. Whose reward is given in the ICC rankings. The Kiwi star has climbed 4 places to reach the second spot in the list of Test batsmen.

Steve Smith, Joe Root, Babar Azam and Travis Head took a step back in Williamson’s rise. The four stars are currently placed third, fourth, fifth and sixth respectively in the list of Test batsmen. Rishabh Pant is the only representative of India in the top ten Test batsmen. He retained his position at number 9. Rohit Sharma is jointly at number 11 in the list of Test batsmen. Kohli is at number 13.

Ravichandran Ashwin occupies the top spot in the list of Test bowlers. Ravindra Jadeja and Ashwin are at number one and two respectively in the list of Test all-rounders. Babar Azam is currently the number one ODI batsman in the ICC. In the list of ODI batsmen, Gill is 5th, jointly with Virat, Virat and Rohit Sharma at number 9.
